Customer Service Manager

This professional position is responsible for the following: to serve our clients on site in Torrance , California . Interacting with different level of Clients parties.? Grow relationship between the client and Company. High capability of Troubleshooting in IT scope. This person must have prior experience in customer relationship development and knowledge of the IT marketplace. Account Management experience is also necessary. 3 to 5 years of total experience in an IT organization. Must be independent, organized, motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
